On April 23, Techtextil 24 opened at the Frankfurt Exhibition Center in Germany. Zeng Rong, Chairman of Chaomeis New Materials Co., Ltd., Cai Aiping, Deputy General Manager of Supply Chain, and Jing Wei, Sales Director, led the company team to participate in the exhibition.

Techtextil is hosted by Messe Frankfurt, Germany. It is one of the largest and most exhibitors-intensive industrial textile and nonwoven exhibitions in the world. It is held every two years. Techtextil 24 exhibits cover technologies and processes, fibers and yarns, woven fabrics, meshes, braids, knitted fabrics, nonwovens, coated textiles, composite materials, bonding technology, functional textiles, etc. It showcases the latest technologies and application results of the current industrial textile and nonwoven industries, and reflects the future development trend of the industry. The Techtextil 24 exhibition lasts for 4 days, and the Textile and Flexible Materials Processing Trade Fair (Texprocess 24) is held at the same time and place. Techtextil and Texprocess 24 bring together 1,700 exhibitors from 53 countries and regions, including 204 Chinese exhibitors, covering raw materials, equipment and accessories, various industrial textiles, nonwovens and their products.

From March 5 to 7, 2024, JEC World 2024 was held as scheduled at the Villepinte Exhibition Center in the northern suburbs of Paris, France. Zeng Rong, Chairman and General Manager of Chaomeis New Materials Co., Ltd., Cai Aiping, Deputy General Manager of Supply Chain, and Zhang Lei, Sales Manager, led the company team to participate in the exhibition.

The annual JEC World is the world’s largest and most influential professional composite material exhibition, with an exhibition area of ??over 70,000 square meters, providing a platform for display, communication and cooperation for more than 40,000 people in related fields. Participants come from 106 countries including France, Germany, the Netherlands, and China. The world’s most innovative composite material technology achievements and application frontiers are exhibited here. Chaomeisi’s main products are X-FIPER aramid composite materials and aramid fibers. The aramid composite materials and aramid honeycomb materials exhibited this time are widely used in aerospace, high-speed trains, subways, ships, electrical equipment, sports equipment, new energy and other fields.

As a kind of reinforcing material, aramid fiber has irreplaceable advantages over other materials in terms of strength, modulus, weight, stability, and compatibility. At the event, Chaomei’s booth displayed a variety of aramid papers and aramid honeycomb materials processed from them, attracting customers from related industries around the world to stop and learn more. Representatives of Airbus, one of the main customers of Chaomei’s aramid honeycomb materials, came to Chaomei’s exhibition area and had technical exchanges with Chairman Zeng Rong, Director Cai Aiping, and Manager Zhang Lei. The Airbus representative fully affirmed the mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation results of the two sides, expressed to Chaomei the willingness to continue in-depth cooperation, and hoped that Chaomei’s products could be used in more Airbus models.

In addition to Airbus, many old customers of Chaomeis and new customers who are interested in Chaomeis products “went to the Chaomeis booth” to exchange views on Chaomeis’ production capacity, quality control, and R&D mechanism, and put forward suggestions on building a more resilient international industrial chain and supply chain. “This exhibition has enhanced the brand effect of Chaomeis’ aramid composite materials, especially aramid honeycomb materials in the international market, and the products have been recognized by many customers. Through communication with customers, we have obtained information on both the production and application of composite materials. We are greatly encouraged by customers’ recognition of the company’s products, which has further boosted the company’s confidence in becoming stronger and bigger in the field of aramid composite materials.” Cai Aiping said.

At the exhibition, Chairman Zeng Rong keenly captured the good development momentum in the field of composite materials in the world. With the continuous development of the low-altitude economy, the market’s call for high-strength and lightweight low-altitude aircraft is becoming stronger and stronger, and aramid honeycomb is one of the best choices for lightweight materials. “This is a good opportunity for Chaomeis, a composite material supplier.” Chairman Zeng Rong said, “Faced with such a market situation, Chaomeis should focus on the present and look to the future, optimize the existing product structure while expanding production capacity as soon as possible, and strive to make greater achievements in the field of new composite materials.”

All 88 rooms in the staff dormitory building have been repainted, and the bathrooms and balconies have been renovated.     The development of large passenger aircraft is a major national strategy. The composite material-aramid honeycomb sandwich structure is the main material for large passenger aircraft, and its dosage has become one of the important symbols to measure the advanced nature of the aircraft. At present, the aramid honeycomb paper used in the large passenger aircraft developed in my country all rely on imports. The project focuses on the major demand for the localization of lightweight composite sandwich structures in the development of large passenger aircraft, and focuses on key scientific issues such as identification and optimization of process parameters in the manufacture of aramid honeycomb paper, aramid honeycomb cores and honeycomb sandwich structures, so as to improve the domestic production of aramid honeycombs. The performance and stability of aramid honeycomb paper and honeycomb core, and the design and manufacturing method system of low-defect and high-performance domestic honeycomb sandwich structure for large passenger aircraft, and realize the domestic aramid honeycomb paper that meets airworthiness requirements in the tail rudder of large passenger aircraft.
